WITZIG Group, Ltd.
We are proud to have a staff of recruiters who understand advertising and marketing communications: people whose experiences help them relate to the environment in which you work and the functions of the positions you must fill. Count on these professionals to work with you toward your goals as one of your own staff members. Those listed as consultants work on a part-time basis around their teaching and other occupations. Please keep our owner, Pam Witzig, posted on your experiences with them. We have consistently earned feedback from candidates as well as clients about our professionalism and responsiveness. Integrity and sound ethics are important to us. It has been a critical component of our history and we do not intend to stray from that.

Pamela Witzig,
Pam accidentally discovered a love of recruiting early in her otherwise employment agency career. Back in the days applicants paid fees for placement with "employment agencies." From there, she simply took it toward her bent for creative and appreciation for advertising and marketing communications and found her market. Pam has a passion for finding and placing the pieces to fill in a puzzle. It's why her group hunts rather than gathers (job seekers). Her only frustration is that annoying little 24 hour day that limits the possibilities of how much can be covered in a mere seven day week. Oh - and people in the industry who call themselves recruiters but post ads and sift job boards. Though founder of Witzig Group (in 1986 as Witzig & Associates), she is not one to be a mere figurehead. Pam enjoys rolling up her sleeves to do the work and is very much a hands-on recruiter. She loves art deco, travel, ballroom dancing, entertaining, family, a bold “red,” and all the challenges her clients can bring.
Pam
keeps a
hand in all client side and agency marketing disciplines as well. |
